You may then redeem the puzzle earned at www.puzzlechase.games, but if you wish to redeem those puzzle earned at REES ,

you are required to link your REES account to your puzzlechase account Once verified , the system will update the puzzle you had earned.

2) How to exchange for rewards? 如何換領禮物
Once you had earned enough chase puzzles, you may exchange it for rewards at http;//www.puzzlechases.games/
當你在REES上賺取足夠的碎片時，你便可以登入puzzlechase換領你想要的獎品。
Click on the reward you wish to redeem, after the redemption, visit MY COLLECTION and screenshot your QR code.
點擊你想換領的獎品，並支付足夠的碎片，即可完成兌換。兌換完成後你可以在My collection中找到你的獎品。
Click on the reward you wish to redeem, after the redemption, visit MY COLLECTION and screenshot your QR code. Subsequently send the screenshot of your QR code to @Pink99 which whom will then send you the code to redeem the rewards.
你可以向管理員Pink99展示你在my collection中想要兌換獎品的QR code，管理員在認證過你的QR code後會即時派出獎品給你。
If you see the status of your redeemed rewards as “Pending” , it mean your rewards will be send out after 3 working days. If it is a virtual item, it will be sent to your registered email with puzzlechase.
而如果你的獎品狀態顯示為Pending，即表示你的獎品在兌換後3個工作天出貨，如果是虛寶類的獎品，則會寄送至你在puzzlechase的註冊電郵中。

Complete redemption within redemption period. Redemption of services and merchandises are subject to availability. You will receive a product or service QR code within 24 hours. Either the member or the member’s representative must be present to receive the awards at the agreed date and time. Members must provide a valid contact phone number and mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate contact information or the member not being present at the agreed delivery time, Service/Product provider will charge the member a re-delivery fee. The consignee is required to pay for all customs charges, import duties and taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination. After the shipment of a package, the member has 60 days to place a claim with the Service/Product Provider or Delivery House if they do not receive their item. Following this claim, an investigation will be made and a new product will be sent after the investigation is completed. After the 60 days have elapsed, the member will no longer be able to place a claim for a lost item.
